Order Processing Time


When you place an order on Kellvora.com, our team begins processing it immediately.


  • Order preparation time: 24 to 48 hours
  • This includes order verification, quality control, and handover to our logistics partners.



Please note that processing time is not delivery time. Processing refers to the preparation and dispatch of your order from our supplier’s warehouse.

 

 


Estimated Delivery Times

 

Once your order has been shipped, delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

 

Standard Shipping


  • Estimated delivery time: 6 to 10 business days
  • This is the most commonly used shipping method and applies to most destinations.


Express Shipping (when available)

 

  • Estimated delivery time: 3 to 5 business days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and local customs procedures.

International Shipping Notice

 

Kellvora ships internationally.

If you are located outside major regions (such as New Zealand, Australia, North America, or Europe), delivery may take a few additional days depending on customs clearance and local postal services.

In rare cases, delivery may take up to 3–5 weeks due to:

  • Exceptional demand or temporary stock shortages
  • Customs inspections or delays
  • Weather conditions or logistical disruptions
  • Peak periods (holidays, promotions, global events)

We always do our best to minimize delays and keep you informed.

 

Split Shipments

 

To ensure faster delivery and reduce shipping costs:

  • Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages
  • Different suppliers may fulfill different items within the same order
  • You may receive your products at different times

This is completely normal and does not mean that part of your order is missing.

 

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

You can track your order at any time via our Order Tracking page using:

  • Your order number
  • The email address used at checkout

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.

 

 


Customs & Import Duties

 

Depending on your country, customs fees or import taxes may apply.

These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.


Kellvora is not responsible for delays or fees caused by customs clearance.
